You can see your Deposit & Withdrawal Account Balance by clicking on the wallet icon on Wowzy App header section.
To withdraw cash on Wowzy, you need to get KYC verified.
Then Withdraw Cash any time by going to the 'My Account' page and clicking on 'Withdraw Cash'.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Note: You can only withdraw an amount less than or equal to your Withdrawal Account Balance. This will be shown to you on the 'Withdraw Cash' page.
Once we process your withdrawal, you will receive an email notification.
To be eligible for withdrawals, your account must be KYC and PAN verified.
If your account is KYC verified, you now have the ability to update your bank information yourself.
To proceed with changing your bank account details, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the 'My Account' section.
2. Select 'Withdraw Cash.'
3. Click on the 'Change' option.
4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. After OTP verification, input the new bank account details.
6. Click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
Please note that you must have a KYC-verified account to modify your bank account details.
Additionally, ensure that the bank you are updating is not located in any of the restricted states, such as Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu.
In order to cancel your withdrawal request, please follow the steps below:
Go to My Account > Withdraw History > Details > Cancel.
Once canceled, the amount will instantly be credited to your Wowzy account. Please be advised that a withdrawal request can only be canceled if the status of the withdrawal is 'Request undergoing checks'
Tax will be deducted on Net Winnings at the time of withdrawal or on 31st March (i.e. at the end of the Financial Year). If tax is deducted on positive Net Winnings on withdrawals, tax will not be deducted again on the same Net Winnings on 31st March.
To ensure security, withdrawals are authorized solely when the provided UPI ID matches the registered name with Wowzy.
Please ensure that the name in your bank account matches the name registered with the KYC documents for your gaming account.

Withdrawals to bank accounts in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim and Telangana are not processed.

However, once the withdrawal is successfully processed, it may take a maximum of 72 working hours for the funds to be credited or rejected to your bank account.
If it has been more than 72 working hours since the withdrawal was successful and you still haven't received the funds, we request to send your bank statement in PDF format to support@wowzy.com to escalate this issue.
Common reasons for rejection include providing an incorrect account number, an incorrect IFSC code, or a name mismatch.
There could be several reasons for which you might not be able to withdraw. Listed below are the most common scenarios.
1) Bucketed withdrawal- You can withdraw your amount only from your 'withdrawable balance' and not from your 'deposit balance'. Your 'Deposit balance' consists of all the amount you have deposited but have not yet used to played cash games. Your 'Withdrawable balance' includes all your cash winnings, as well as any deposited amount you have used for playing cash games. Every time you play a cash game, the amount used to play that deal/game is credited to your Withdrawable Account. In a nutshell, you need to play and win in order to be able to withdraw from your Wowzy account.
2) The minimum amount that you can withdraw is Rs 100. The system will not allow you to withdraw if you are trying to withdraw a lesser amount. If you are receiving any other error while withdrawing, please send us a screenshot so that we can check and assist you accordingly.
A withdrawal in the 'Requested' state usually goes through manual verification and gets processed manually. This may take up to 48 hours after the request is placed.
Note: Please do not cancel the withdrawal request during the review period to avoid an extension of the processing time.
The withdrawal status is changed to 'Request placed with bank'. when we have actually processed your withdrawal from our side. The only reason you have not yet received it is due to either your bank conducting some maintenance or having a downtime at the time the withdrawal was initiated.
In such instances, we try to process the withdrawals periodically. If your bank verifies the transaction, the requested amount will be deposited into your bank account. However, if the transaction fails, the amount will be reversed and returned to your Wowzy account.
The final status of the withdrawal is known only post T (Requested date) +72 working hours (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).
You don't need to worry - if the withdrawal is reversed, the amount will be credited back to your Wowzy account.

Your name on the Bank Account should be the same as on the KYC document submitted to Wowzy during KYC Verification. Wowzy will not be responsible if the player's bank rejects the withdrawal in case of a name mismatch.

You can change your UPI ID on the Withdrawals Page, after verifying your identity by entering the OTP sent to your registered email ID or phone number.
If you want to update your UPI ID on Wowzy delete the existing UPI ID and then add a new one.
You can place unlimited withdrawals in a day. However, there are certain restrictions on the amount per transaction. Please log in and refer to the withdrawal page for more details.
Withdrawals will not be processed to bank accounts based in the states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland and Sikkim.
Withdrawals will only be processed if valid identity & address proofs in the name of the player who created the account have been submitted.
If you are a cash player on Wowzy, your cash account balance is divided into three Accounts - Deposit Account, Withdrawable Accounts, and Promo cash wallet.
A) Deposit Balance: The amount that you add to Wowzy, is reflected here. 28% GST would be applicable on this balance.
B) Withdrawable Balance: The amount that you win on Wowzy (cash winnings), is added here. GST is not applicable to this amount.

Some withdrawal requests may be flagged for manual review. In these scenarios, you will receive the withdrawn amount credited within 3 working days if all checks are passed. During the review period, your withdrawal will show the status as 'Request Undergoing Checks'.
IMPS transfers are not accepted at some Cooperative Banks. In such cases, withdrawals will be processed within 3 Bank Working days.
IMPS transactions sometimes fail if the receiving bank is conducting maintenance or having downtime when the transaction is initiated. If this happens, the withdrawal may go through later or may get reversed.
If your withdrawal shows the status as 'Request Placed with Bank' but you haven't received the credit, then this is the case. The final status of the transaction is only known after 72 hours. You don't need to worry - if the transaction is reversed, the funds will be credited back to your Wowzy account. Downtime periods vary from bank to bank.

Starting April 1st, 2023, the Indian Government has put new tax laws in place for online gaming apps. These platforms are now required to deduct tax at source (“TDS”) from a player's winnings when they withdraw their money or at the end of the financial year.
