However, you can use your extra time of 60 seconds across multiple moves. Like, in 1st move you couldn't complete your turn in 15s, then your extra time starts and you finish your move in 10s (meaning there's 50s remaining in your extra time bank). In the 2nd move also if you couldn't complete your move in 15s, then again the extra time starts but now you will have 50s instead of 60s, as you had used up 10s in your 1st move.
